(3) Intern Clinical Duty
In the ward... - Handling of both emergency and clinical admission
- Responsible one ward for each intern, about 30 beds.
- Please prepare some cases in your ward for supervised ward round by consultants/SMO/AC (at least 3x/week).
- Discharge summary writing supervision (by intern supervisor/ coordinator)
- We have phlebotomy service during office hours.
- Attend out-patient clinic (at least once /week)
- Our on call duty is no more than one in every 3 nights.
- We have compensation for working on statutory holidays (What is statutory holiday?).
